AI Is Changing the Rules.
Leadership is Changing With It.

Most AI events focus on technology, trends and implementation. Corporate Women Summit AI (CWS AI) focuses on leadership, influence and business impact.

We bring executive women together to examine the AI trends shaping their organizations and industries, share how they are responding, and identify where AI is creating real opportunity and where leadership decisions matter most.

The conversations go beyond tools and implementation to explore growth, opportunity, decision-making, governance and responsible leadership in a rapidly changing landscape.

This is a trusted space for perspective, connection and shared learning, where women can exchange ideas, build consequential relationships and help one another turn AI insight into action and measurable impact.

The value extends beyond the day: trusted relationships, strategic connections, new opportunities and perspectives that can shape decisions and create business impact.

We bring the right women into the room to exchange ideas, open doors and create opportunities together. Women do not need permission to lead.

▸ ABOUT THE SUMMIT · // DUBAI 2026

Where It Started.

It started as an idea in New York, took shape in Atlanta, and came to life in Dubai with a clear intention: to create a space where women could connect beyond titles and industries, and turn conversation into opportunity. The inaugural summit brought together founders, executives, and advisors for premium dialogue, meaningful connection, and executive visibility. Dubai confirmed what was possible: when women in leadership gather in an intentional room, relationships deepen, confidence grows, and new opportunities emerge.

▸ Our Origin

THE BACKSTORY

After years in corporate and advisory environments across global markets, I saw exceptional women leading, building, protecting, transforming, and influencing organizations, yet not always entering rooms that reflected the scale of their authority, ambition, or contribution. Corporate Women Summit exists to create those rooms. Today, AI is reshaping work, leadership, governance, risk, opportunity, and organizational decision-making. New leadership lanes are opening, and the women who lead next will be the ones helping shape those conversations now. Corporate Women Summit AI London is for the executive, founder, advisor, legal leader, privacy leader, people leader, cyber leader, investor, and transformation leader ready to position her expertise for the AI era.

▸ The Difference

This Isn't Another
AI Conference.

CWS AI London is a deliberately curated executive gathering for corporate women in leadership roles shaping AI inside their organizations.

The value isn't in attending another day of presentations. It's in being in the right room, sitting at a specially curated table, with the right peers, having the conversations that matter in a luxury environment.

The experience is designed around meaningful executive exchange through facilitated roundtables, thought-provoking discussion and peer-to-peer conversation. There is no exhibition hall or crowded sales environment.

This isn't simply a ticket to an event. It's a seat at the table that shifts trajectories.

▸ THE EXPERIENCE

Why We Limit
The Room.

Small by design.

The most valuable executive conversations do not require a crowd. They require the right people, the right setting and the space to engage meaningfully with one another.

We keep the room intentionally small so that the experience remains personal, relevant and genuinely conversational.

▸ The Roundtables

Three Conversations.
One Purposeful Room.

01

From Expertise to AI Authority

A facilitated conversation on influence, leadership and how women translate existing expertise into AI authority across the enterprise. We explore how leaders in legal, privacy, cybersecurity, governance, risk, people, finance and operations position themselves for relevance as AI reshapes decision-making.

02

The AI Accountability Gap

A cross-functional discussion exploring governance, privacy, cybersecurity, legal, risk and business accountability as AI moves into the enterprise. We examine who owns accountability when AI decisions create organisational risk, and how leaders build board-level trust before failure forces the conversation.

03

Responsible AI Leadership in Practice

A Chatham House Rule discussion on what leaders are learning as AI moves from experimentation into real-world adoption. We share practical lessons, governance approaches and the human judgement required to deploy AI responsibly at scale.

AI GOVERNANCE, PRIVACY  & DIGITAL TRUST EXECUTIVE

THEEAIR - The Executive AI Roundtable™

Belinda Enoma explores what happens when AI moves from a tool people use to an agent that can act, decide, and execute with increasing autonomy. Her work focuses on the questions leaders must confront before AI systems begin making consequential decisions on their behalf. With a background spanning law, Big Four consulting, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, privacy, and risk, she brings a uniquely cross-disciplinary lens to the emerging challenges of agentic AI. A 5x published author and global keynote speaker, Belinda challenges executives to think beyond AI adoption toward accountability, trust, and the consequences of autonomous systems.  Her question for the AI era is simple: What happens when agentic AI makes the wrong decision, and who is accountable?
